King's Foodbank

Welcome

King's Foodbank is a place where anyone, in times of hardship, can come and receive an emergency bag of food and ongoing support until they are back on their feet.

We aim to make sure that you will always be made to feel welcome when visiting for the first time. You can enjoy a hot drink and biscuits while we take a few details to ensure that we give you the best support we can.  If you have any questions or concerns about your eligibility, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Food Donations

Financial Donations

We are always grateful for the donations that we receive, especially non perishables such as – Baked Beans, Soup, UHT milk, Tinned meats/fruit and Pasta or Rice, which help us to make up a well balanced bag of food.

If you are able to help us to meet the needs of people in Darlington, you can do so in a number of ways. We have designated donation boxes in various supermarkets around town or you can bring donations to the King’s Centre.

Thank you so much for your donation to the Food bank. It will be used to support people in need.

Volunteers

Volunteers are priceless, and we could not deliver this vital service without them.  We always need help with organising food donations, assisting with clients, stacking shelves and many other tasks.

If you would like to become part of this special team of volunteers, please contact our office.
